Well, I dint want to write this,
but, i will have to because, i feel, its incorrect.
Virat Oil has been in talks wver since there has been blockade in #nepal.
I dont want to argue, whose blockade it is, because its pretty evident.
Anyways..
The reason why i feel is Virat oil, is cheating is this..
My reasoning is open to argument, and this is just a perception
which you may comment as wrong or right.
Virat Oil, came up with this Information in the public paper, that this is the reason , they
are overpricing the oil.
There seems to be some loophole in how the system works.
1. If Virat Oil is taking the oil from Haldia directly, and if its taking to Nepal,
they are not supposed to pay the Excise duty of India.
In the notice published, they have mentioned that they have paid the Central Excise duty.
which is near about the amount charged.
But, if they have paid the duty, it should be added in the cost price while paying the duty at Nepal.

as per this site,
pays only 31.13 NRs as Govt Tax, and VAT.
Virat paid, 31.65 NRs Govt Tax, and VAT.
If Virat really paid, the central taxes of India, which it should not have paid,
and should get the waiver by showing the Bill of Export to the company back,
Nepal Customs office should have charged Taxes on 39.60+35.28 rather than 39.60 only.
Also, transport and insurance payment of 11.64 doesnot make anysense ?
even if we compare to the nepal oil costings.
Rest is on Govt to Decide, and allow what to sell, and at what price.
But, the only thing i want to tell is,
Govt should be Fair, to all business practitioners.
They Jail, and Raided business houses, which were evidently overpricing.
Did they hear the reason for the over pricing ??
They just raided. !!
They are the boss..
But, when the matter comes to this company,
there is not a single word from so called Fraud Detection Association, as well as CIAA,
as well as no raid for that matter.
Anyways..
concept of Nepal is Pay 1 no tax to the government, and
2 no tax to the officials.
Can only say this. .
